The New Conservation Resource Center for The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, SWCD, consists of 12,000 SF of light framed timber construction. Located in Beavercreek, OR, this public project was funded by the Clackamas SWCD to provide long term benefit to the public. As the Structural Engineer of Record, we provided a cost-efficient design while meeting an aggressive timeline. We also provided construction administrative services throughout the project in order to manage the structural design from concept to completion.
